Arrival Experience

We look forward to welcoming you on property and showing you your Wailea residence. If you anticipate a late evening arrival, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for a smooth check in.
Concierge Services
9:00 am – 5:30 pm Daily
Our guest services staff have all the local tips and tricks, along with great rates and reservations for Maui activities. Whether it be a luau, dinner cruise, bicycle adventure, helicopter tour, dinner reservations, or even babysitting, our friendly staff can arrange it for you. We communicate with guests via email, phone, or through our text messaging service, Zingle. While on property, we will be happy to assist in person at the lobby or at our beach services hut.
Front Desk
8:00 am - 8:00 pm Daily
Our front desk team is available to assist with your needs, package pick-up, and offer bell services to transport luggage or grocery provisions.
Housekeeping
Before you arrive, our team of in-house cleaning professionals will clean your residence using industry-leading techniques, tools, and products. For guests staying six nights or more, we will perform a full mid-stay cleaning.

Beach Access

Family Lounge use will be limited to 60-minute increments, and access is requested through the front desk.

Dining
We can arrange for in-residence private chef services through our guest services team. Our concierge team can also provide restaurant recommendations or assist with reservations. Several great restaurants are just steps away through the private gated entrance to The Shops at Wailea including Tommy Bahamas, The Pint & Cork, Waikiki Brewing Company and more.
Dry Cleaning Services
Dry cleaning services are available every day of the week and will be returned within 48 hours. This service does have an associated fee, please ask our guest services team for details.
Grocery Delivery Services
Skip the line at the grocery store and get your groceries delivered right to your vacation home. Maui Market is offering delivery from various locations, including Safeway, Whole Foods, and Costco.
